Star cast: Sanjay Dutt, Akshay Kumar, Lara Dutta, Zayed Khan, Rahul Dev and Katrina Kaif; Director: Anthony D’Souza; Music Director- A.R Rahman; Release Date- 16th October ‘09 (Diwali).

Set in the Bahamas and Bangkok, the film revolves around the complex relationships shared amongst the lead characters and their search for a lost treasure.

Sagar (Sanjay Dutt) and Sam (Zayed Khan) are brothers, who find a friend in Aarav (Akshay Kumar)- a manipulative and scheming business-tycoon. Mona (Lara Dutta) is Sagar’s love-interest in the film and Nikki (Katrina Kaif) is a free-spirited individual with an ulterior motive.

As emotions run high and motives run deep, the dark side of human nature lays bare. The characters grapple; initially with sharks, and then with their own pricking conscience as greed and betrayals take over and threaten to destroy their very existence.

With adrenaline pumping action sequences and death-defying stunts, BLUE has a stunning visual quality, quite unique from that of its contemporaries and has all the potential of becoming a landmark film in Hindi Cinema.
