Katie Holmes to star in “Glee”?

Los Angeles: Actress Katie Holmes has reportedly been approached to star in the popular music television program “Glee.”

“Katie is finalizing an agreement to join the cast of a limited history next season,” hollywood.com quoted a source as saying.

The source said Holmes has hired a private voice teacher to help prepare for the role.

Other actors who made cameos on the show are singer-actress Olivia Newton-John, rapper Eve, the Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth and comedian Molly Shannon.
